What do I need for a session?

You will need a quiet and private space where you feel comfortable, safe and won't be interrupted.
You also need a good internet connection, your mobile, laptop or tablet with video and microphone enabled. For video calls, we use Zoom which is free and easy to use from a laptop, mobile or tablet.

What if I can’t attend a session and have to postpone?

There is a 24-hour notice period required if you want to postpone a session. Having said that, every situation is unique and we understand that emergency situations can occur and we’ll always try to be flexible. We ask for the same flexibility in return. Because individual sessions are payable at the time of booking, if you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, the payment would be forfeit.

I don’t have the money right now, can we find an arrangement?

Unless otherwise agreed with Mahé, there are no discounts or swap sessions available. Each individual session is payable in advance at the time of booking.

How do I pay a session?

By bank transfer.
